I picked this up on a whim as I loved the cover…

This is a collection of short horror/sci-fi stories all done out in magnificent colour, each one having it’s own palette to suit the tale being told.

There is no overarching theme and each story stands alone on it’s own strengths.

There are out and out scares, Lovecraftian denizens, bits of humour, cautionary tales, and each is a great little read.

From the very first story about strange children on an island t hat was set up to be a paradise away from society with a little bit more than a Lord of the Flies outcome Adam keeps you on the edge of your seat to see what comes next.

Full of lush illustrations that really complement the stories this is a wonderful graphic novel for horror fans (and everyone else).
