Ghosts

I bought this on spec for the Kindle one day as I liked the image of the ghost cat on the front cover.

Especially as you find out that ghost cats are jerks and the cause of toast landing butter side up if it falls to the ground.

This isn’t a very long book but it did have me smiling all the way through and laughing openly on a bus a couple of times.

Firmly aimed at an older audience the humour is dark but warm and does deal with ghosts so death is always close.

Each illustrated panel if muted but full of fun, and talks about situations that happen in your life like abandoned shopping trolleys and holes in socks and explaining that the reason for these are ghosts.

So glad I took a chance on this it’s so worth a read.
