Today is going to be a day of slowly producing dinner for tonight; onigiri, quick pickled veg, nice sauce for the steamed veg… new style of cuisine for me so going to take it slowly and steadily to make sure I get it right.

Here we’re being reminded about clarity of thought and valuing judgment based on facts and knowledge rather than emotion and intuition.

We are also being told to look after our boundaries, these are for our own health and wellbeing so be resilient and keep them in place as these are what people seem to respect and understand about you.

and in doing both continue to be straight and honest in your dealings with people, be ing clear and truthful isn’t the same as being hurtful though, remember that.
