We were coming back to the hotel from a gig late at night when I noticed how still the water was in the Albert Docks, the reflection was just perfect.

I’ve been so discombobulated all day after a complete public transport disaster this morning making me almost fifty minutes late for work.

It wasn’t only the fact that I was opening today but that I was sat out in the cold for almost an hour longer than I should have been and I’m sat here at half nine still not properly warmed up from the morning.

Got home and felt so sorry for myself I thought any blog work could go by the wayside and Digging for Britain could go on and soothe me, it worked.
